Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://rosebuildingsmaintenance.com/ (the “Site”) and your interactions with Rose Building Maintenance Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

  • All quotes are valid for a limited period (e.g. 30 days) unless otherwise stated.

  • We will use reasonable efforts to perform the services in a timely and professional manner, but we do not guarantee results beyond the scope agreed.

  • We may subcontract or delegate portions of the work to qualified partners or subcontractors, with your consent or as disclosed.

5. Payment & Fees

  • You agree to pay the fees set out in your accepted quote or agreement. Payment methods, payment schedules, and late fees or interest (if any) will be specified in the service agreement.

  • If payment is not made as agreed, we may suspend, delay, or terminate services and recover costs or damages.

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • You or we may terminate the service agreement under conditions specified in the contract (e.g. notice period, cancellation fees).

  • Termination of services or access to the Site does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g. payment for services delivered).

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

  • We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted or free of viruses or malicious code.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada (or the applicable province/state). You agree that any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta (or the applicable local court), and you hereby consent to venue and jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or services following such changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force.

12. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
